An elegant fusion of pilates exercises woven with vinayasa (flow) style yoga, this class targets the entire body to increase strength, flexibility and a deep sense of body awareness. Connect breathe to movement as you flow through yogic sequences that are expressive and provide complete body conditioning. Master the five fundamentals of pilates core strength and their dynamic relationship to the body in motion. We will work hard in this class but more importantly, learn how to work smart & safe.
