An elegant fusion of pilates exercises woven with vinayasa (flow) style yoga, this class targets the entire body to increase strength, flexibility and a deep sense of body awareness. Connect breathe to movement as you flow through yogic sequences that are expressive and provide complete body conditioning. Master the five fundamentals of pilates core strength and their dynamic relationship to the body in motion. We will work hard in this class but more importantly, learn how to work smart & safe.

In person registration is Sept. 2nd – 8th, 11am – 8pm at the studio, 715 Yates St. 3rd floor.
As beginner classes fill up quickly it is recommended to register before September 9th to ensure a spot in class.
Classes begin the week of Sept. 9th, 2013.
$65 / month = 1 class / week
$115 / month = any 2 classes / week
$135 / month = any 3 classes / week
$150 / month = any 4 classes / week
$160 / month = any 5 classes / week
$170 / month = any 6+ classes / week
Fee structure is based on a 10 month commitment (Sept. 2013 – June 2014) of pre-authorized payments

$20 registration fee added to first months fees (waived for cash payment)
Early cancellation forfeits one month of fees.
Drop-ins: $18 per class, cash only
