Come and dip your toes into the glimmering world of Middle Eastern music and dance. Learning the fundamentals of movement with proper posture, arm frames, and alignment bringing you greater body awareness and confidence. An interactive class where students are encouraged to ask questions in a safe and warm environment. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bare feet. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Bellydance 2 & 3

Leap into impressive layered technique from big juicy movement to delicate nuance; from earthy strong hips to elegant and ethereal travelling steps. A series of combinations will be taught each week to form a complete choreography. Drills, prop use, strength and stretch exercises. Come prepared to shimmy and sweat!
