Floor Barre Fusion all levels

A conditioning class specifically for dancers. Strength training using a combination of ballet barre done lying on the floor, pilates style core stabilization, yoga and boot camp intensity for improved placement and flexibility. An hour of delicious hell on the floor with great results. Always a popular class.
