This dance practice supports connection to your sensual nature through movement. The delight or pleasure of the senses creates an inner feeling of beauty and grace that in turn shows in the outside expression of the body.
We will explore the soft, round, slow nature of the sensual body and the qualities of sensory receptivity through the skin and connection to the ground. We will explore how the shapes and lines we create with our bodies can promote sensuality, from body isolations to the movements of hands and limbs, from walking to dancing.
The sensual body is an expression of an inner quality of self love that promotes the natural attractiveness inherent in everyone, regardless of their body type or gender.
